Just a general life update, letting you know what’s going on and some plans I have:
- Trying to get in touch with my psychiatric nurse this morning to see if I can get one of my meds changed, but she hasn’t responded yet. Crossing my fingers that I get a response sometime later.
- Bank account fell back below $300 and it doesn’t feel great. Hopefully, I can get back past $500 soon.
- A few days ago while we were out on the road, my dad let me out at the Dollar General while he and my sister went to go get the pizza to bring home. I bought a pack of mechanical pencils (bc of course I need more XD) and also the Amish romance novel shown above because, honestly, why the hell not? Haven’t gotten too far, I’m only on chapter 2, but what I have read I’m enjoying so far. {EDIT: After trying and failing to get the original image I wanted to use to load properly, I decided to go with just the cover. Hopefully it fits this time.}
- And that brings me to the fun things I’m planning to talk about. Here’s the list I’ve got on that so far:
— Deep dive on the book “Daytime Drama” by Dave Benbow
— Deep dive on Dave Benbow’s other book “Male Model”
— Deep dive on The Boys comic (I’m just DYING to talk about this series with anyone)
— Doing a commentary/review of the film “Bagdad Café”
That’s all I got for now, I just gotta do some research to get myself prepared to talk at length. Never know how to ends these posts, so I guess I’ll see you in the next one. Cya ;p
